Lee's own experience in designing job-based training covers 21 years and includes working with corporate, government, and non-profit organizations. Chuck Barritt. For the past two years, Chuck's responsibilities have included the creation of the Learning Object strategy for Cisco Systems, providing authors training, support, templates, standards and instructional methodologies to design and implement learning objects. Chuck is also tasked with the growth and improvement of the strategy through research, ientation data and evaluation results.
